Applying for Reimbursements

In the case where you have had to pay for a medical service that is a covered benefit under your insurance policy, you can submit your claim via myHenner mobile app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store)  or via the Henner member portal https://www.henner.com (customer portal).

Simply enter a few key details, attach your invoice(s) and press ‘submit’.  

Providing the correct documentation will expedite the processing of your claim.

  • Ensure you have all necessary documentation to support your claim.
  • Keep copies of all submitted documents for your records.
